4. All users must register under their true name using a valid email address.

5. Shippers are not obligated to select a quote. But if a shipper does select a quote, then they agree to conclude the transaction with the selected carrier as per the terms set forth in the original shipping request, also agreeing to any additional terms provided by the carrier in the comments section that accompanys the selected quote. Shippers that select a quote and do not follow through with the shipment will have their account suspended.

6. This user agreement and the rules for using ShippingFinder.com are governed in all respects by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. ShippingFinder.com is a BC-registered Canadian corporation. The appropriate International and domestic shipping regulations govern shipping transactions that take place on this system based on the origin and destination locations specific to each transaction.

7. Quotes never include import duties and taxes due to their unpredictable nature. Quotes always include port and airport related fees (unless excluded by a carrier when placing their quote.) Custom broker fees are never included in quotes.

8. ShippingFinder.com provides the site services on an "as is" basis without any warranty or condition, express or implied. ShippingFinder.com disclaims implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular use and non-infringement.

9. In no event will ShippingFinder.com (its employees, agents, shareholders, officers and other representatives) be liable for any lost profits or any damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with any agreement.

10. Hold the owners of this site harmless from all claims arising out of any dispute between a shipper, carrier or any other user of this site. If a dispute arises between members of this web site, all site members agree to release ShippingFinder.com (and our agents, employees, shareholders, officers and other representatives) from any and all damages, demands, and claims of every kind and nature. Further, all web site users agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify ShippingFinder.com (and our agents, employees, shareholders, officers and other representatives) in any legal actions that are in any way connected or arise out of shipper-carrier disputes.

11. This site merely facilitates transactions between shippers and carriers. ShippingFinder.com is a neutral on-line venue where shippers post shipping requests, and carriers can respond with quotations. ShippingFinder.com in no way participates in transactions between shippers and carriers or in the physical provision of transport services. Therefore, ShippingFinder.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of services and products listed on the site or requested on the site. We encourage site users to exercise caution and common sense dealing with parties unknown, and we will not be held responsible for damages resulting from use of the site. No partnership, agency, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchiser-franchise relationship is created by your use of this site. In no way may the owners of this site be held liable for improper use by users.
